Now it is very hard to coupon here in Florida, no stores double coupons, and we get the absolute worst coupons! So I rely on clipping services or printable coupons to get my coupons. I do still get the Sunday paper, because some coupons are better than none.
Now to be a good couponer, you need to save at least 50%, but my motto is "NEVER PAY FULL PRICE"!!!!! It actually hurts me when I can't find an item I want on sale or a coupon for it. Therefore, I became an "extreme couponer" who stockpiles items when they are at rock bottom prices, which keeps me from having to pay full price for an item.
One of my favorite stores to shop at is CVS. They have a great rewards program and you can usually get great deals and stock up on much needed items. First you want to get one of their ExtraCare Cards, this will allow you to print personalized coupons each week based on your shopping habits. Then you want to register that account on CVS.com and sign up for the Beauty Club, this will give you $5 back on every $50 you spend on beauty products. You also get extra rewards each quarter, based on the amount of money you spend at CVS during that quarter. Plus each week, they have many sales that offer Rewards (known as Extra Care Bucks or ECB's) on several items. When you match up sales, coupons and ECB's it can make for a pretty amazing deal.
Watch the video below to see how I "rolled" my ECB's to minimize my out of pocket and get diapers, make up and toothpaste for only $3.17 before tax. This is my $10 CVS Challenge, seeing how much I can get with only spending $10 or less.

How I got my total for the trip: I did not include taxes in my total, as each state has a different tax, and some don't get taxed if the total comes to $0 after coupons, so my totals before taxes were:

Transaction #3 $9.97
Total for all transactions: $13.19 - $10 ECB earned in transaction #4 making my total out of pocket $3.19 (+tax).
